D. Doyle Installations Limited
(“DDI”) is a full service office installation and
commercial moving company that provides a first rate service
and competitive pricing to our valued customers. DDI
started business in 1996 with four employees and two trucks
and today we have grown to over twenty full time employees
and almost three times the number of vehicles. We are also
an employer of high levels of part-time help, as the need
requires. DDI has grown rapidly in seven years and has proven
itself to be a reliable and dependable company.
Diversity is what DDI has become synonymous
with. In addition to providing relocation and reconfiguration
services, we have become the service provider for a number
of different companies in both the private and public sectors
for the installation of new product including entire floors
of systems furniture or high end case goods.
DDI installers are constantly undergoing
factory training and have certifications in multiple furniture
systems (Teknion, Reff, Global, Boulevard, Evolve, etc) and
are experienced in the assembly of many other major furniture
manufacturers’ products. This specialization ensures
that our customers receive service levels that meet or exceed
to manufacturers specifications and has proved invaluable,
in specific with warranty issues. This broad function also
includes minor cabinet and furniture repair, the hanging of
pictures, visual board systems and shelving.
All of our crews are dispatched from our
17,000 square foot climate controlled warehousing facility.
Included at our head office:
- 275,000 cubic feet of storage and asset
management with online access to inventories.
- Full service lock shop for the provision
of all furniture manufacturers locks parts.
- Distribution of plastic moving bins, cardboard
boxes, packing materials, and equipment.
- 2-24Ft Trucks & 1-16Ft Truck &
6 service vehicles available.
DDI intends to provide:
- Fully uniformed and bonded service person
(all staff undergoes PGWSC Security Screening upon Hiring).
- Constant communication between dispatch
and daily crews via 2-way radio communication to allow optimum
response time.
- Put an emphasis on communication with
project facilities managers to help us incorporate a productive
work plan.
